Institution Codes

This option is used to add codes and descriptions detailing educational institutes such as Universities and Colleges that have been attended by employees.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Institution Codes need to be added before adding Training Qualifications
  • Institution Code requires 3 characters or less

Field Information

ClosedCode*

This field displays a 3-character code that represents the teaching Institution (e.g. University of East Anglia, KINGS College etc.)

ClosedLong Description*

This field displays a description of the teaching institution.

ClosedShort Description

This field displays an abbreviated description of the institution.
